What is Healthy Start?

 

You may be eligible to get help to buy food & milk including essential vitamins for your child. To check if you are eligible, please visit How to apply – Get help to buy food and milk (Healthy Start)  

The Healthy Start scheme provides a pre-paid card to help eligible families and pregnant individuals buy healthy foods such as milk, fruits, vegetables, and pulses. If you are at least 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under four years old, you can get a Healthy Start card.
