Ilford Community Grocery not only means members can shop in store, but they can come along to the free courses running for members
They are really excited that from September they will be running another Life Skills course in store.
Over eight weeks, the course will equip members with loads of tools such as how to eat well on a budget, and how to make their money go further. They will also get to learn practical skills from the trained coaches, meet other members as well as have some fun along the way!
A taster day will be run on Friday 6 September 2024 2024 from 10am - 12pm. The course will then run weekly from Friday 13 September - Friday 1 November 2024 (10am - 12pm). All sessions are taking place in function room 2, City Gates Church, 25-29 Clements Road, Ilford, IG1 1BH
The course and taster day are totally free but they will need members to sign up for their places. they can do this at communitygrocery.org.uk/ilford
