Lunch clubs

Lunch clubs are open to everyone in Redbridge and are a great way for people to come together, socialise and share a nutritious meal. They provide an opportunity for people to remain independent, make friends and try out new activities.

Charges and operating times for lunch clubs can vary and booking in advance is required. Locations and times are listed below.

Age UK, Barking, Redbridge and Havering have an Activity Centre situated at Allan Burgess Centre, 2 Grove Park,Wanstead, E11 2DL. They offer a range of activities from art classes, chair based exercise, zumba, knitting and much more. Residents can also purchase lunch and refreshments at the centre.
